Happy with the support

I was trying to wear this nose pin and it fell in my room, never found it again. It was so tiny compared to the picture shown in the website. I lost the ring in the first day itself. Couldn’t even wear it. The wire also was very tiny. Didn’t find it worth the price.

Updating my review after my conversation with Avni from the customer support team. She called me and told me that the size of the wire was small due to some customer feedback they had received in the past. They agreed to compensate for the loss that I faced and I am happy with their quick service and support.

To further help customers understand the actual size we ensure that the product shoot is also done on a model and this is something we do for all our pieces. We do understand nose shapes and sizes and also nose pin holes are of variated different sizes so we do strive our best to showcase the nose pin on an actual model to help illustrate its appearance.
