Once an order is placed it is considered as a final sale and no cancellations are accepted. If however you are unsatisfied, or there are sizing issues and you would like to exchange the product then please reach out to us at contact@bombaeblingjewels.com
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at contact@bombaeblingjewels.com. Or you can log in to your account and place a return request there.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, you will need to package the product in its original packing and securely place it in a sealed courier bag and stick the return label on it and our logistics partner shall come by and pick it up. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive and approve the return we shall deduct a standard Rs 150 towards logistics and send you a credit note/code for the remaining amount that you can use within one year towards any purchase on www.bombaeblingjewels.com
Damages and issues
In case you receive a damaged or broken piece of jewellery then please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it and we shall definitely replace the same if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect from our end.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange. Nose Pins are not eligible for exchange due to hygienic reasons. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
