Can I cancel my order?
No, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled.
What is your jewellery made of?
Our jewellery is exquisitely crafted in 925 sterling silver with 18K gold micron plating. It is nickel free and hypoallergenic. We also use semi precious stones and different hues of enamel as well.
What is your return, refund and exchange policy?
Once an order is placed it is considered as a final sale and no cancellations are accepted. If however you are unsatisfied, or there are sizing issues and you would like to exchange the product then please reach out to us at - contact@bombaeblingjewels.com - within 7 days of receiving the product. The product should be in its original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt and should be unused. Any purchases made on sale days are final and cannot be exchanged. Nose Pins are not eligible for exchange due to hygienic reasons.
Once you put in an exchange request then our delivery executive shall come by and pick up the product. In the rare case a pick-up by our logistics partner is not available in your area pin code then we shall request you to please courier the parcel back to us through a reliable courier service.
Please note that we charge a flat fee of Rs 150 for logistics related to product exchange when our own logistics partner picks up the return.
In case you receive a damaged or broken piece of jewellery then please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving it and we shall definitely replace the same if the damage is due to a manufacturing defect from our end.
It is up to our discretion whether the product qualifies for exchange according to our policies.

What happens if my jewellery breaks or needs repair?
Like with all delicate jewellery there may be a chance that a part of the jewellery breaks or get damaged in regular wear and tear, in that case we are happy to repair it for you.
Repair cost and courier charges to and fro of the piece of jewellery are to be borne by the customer and will be calculated on pro rata basis. Please send us an email explaining the damages accompanied by clear photographs. We shall, however, only be able to give you an estimate of the full repair charge once our team receives and examines the product.
How do I take care of my jewellery?
All precious and delicate things need to be handled with care. And while our jewellery is your bae forever, standing with you through thick and thin, it needs its own tender love and attention from you to help it last longer. To ensure this keep a few things in mind.
- It does not like products such as make up, hairspray, perfume, deodorant, soap etc so ensure it doesn't meet any of them.
- Water is not its friend. Remember to remove your jewellery before bathing or swimming.
- It doesn't like to sweat it out. So give it a rest while you work out.
- It loves to get out but it also likes its own space. Ideally store each piece separately in the resealable packet we send it to you in or even in our sturdy boxes.
- It does like staying clean. to do that gently wipe it with a soft, moist cloth and make sure it is completely dry before you pack it away.
Do you offer replating services?
In case you would like to get your Bombae Bling Jewels replated after a while then we can do that for you. We offer a free Lifetime Plating Service. The customer just needs to bear the shipping cost to and fro. Please note replating services are only offered on jewellery devoid of enamel and semi precious stones.
Are the product prices inclusive of GST, Shipping and other extraneous costs?
Our product prices as stated on the product page are inclusive of GST.
We have standard shipping costs across the country, these are calculated at checkout.
Any other additional taxes, duties, customs with regard to international orders which are added on later shall be borne by the customer as well.
When will I get my order?
All our orders are shipped through BlueDart.
If the product is available with us in stock then we shall ship it you within the week. In case not then you shall receive it within 3-4 weeks.
Please ensure your details and address entered while placing an order are correct as all deliveries will be considered final.
In case there are delays due to weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond our control then the deliveries could get delayed and we shall not be held responsible for the same.
